GSH Corporation Limited said its wholly owned subsidiary, Investasia Sdn. Bhd., has received a fresh notice of arbitration from Jiangsu Dahai International Construction Co. Ltd., acting on behalf of NTSJ Construction (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Jiangsu secured a Kuala Lumpur High Court order on Jan, 28 2026 allowing it to pursue the case in NTSJ’s name. The new filing seeks damages of about 143.2 million Singapore dollars over the same dispute that was deemed terminated by an arbitrator in May 2025.

GSH noted that Investasia will “vigorously contest” the claim, maintain its counterclaims and consider all available legal options. The group said the matter is at an early stage and that any financial impact cannot yet be reasonably estimated.

The company added that it will issue further updates when there are material developments and advised shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
