Asian Citrus (00073) has released its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of 82 million yuan (RMB, same below), representing a year-on-year increase of 8.8%; loss attributable to shareholders was 26.8 million yuan, up 11.7% year-on-year; basic loss per share was 1.8 yuan.
The announcement stated that the increase in revenue of approximately 8.8% was mainly due to increased sales from the air conditioning and other electronic equipment distribution business.
During the year, the group's plantation business continued to focus on passion fruit, with revenue generated from the plantation business amounting to approximately 600,000 yuan, compared to approximately 1.6 million yuan in the prior year. This was mainly due to sudden heavy rainfall at that time, which severely affected the yield and quality of passion fruit obtained by the group.
The group has pursued diversification and begun cultivating crisp honey kumquats, with the aim of improving the overall performance of the plantation business in the long term.
