上交所发布《上海证券交易所程序化交易管理实施细则》，2025年7月7日起施行，对程序化交易实行实时监控，重点监控瞬时申报速率异常、频繁瞬时撤单、频繁拉抬打压、短时间大额成交等异常交易行为。机构投资者应当对程序化交易进行全程管理，建立健全合规风控制度和交易监控系统，有关责任人员应当对交易合规性进行审查、监督和检查。
深交所近日正式发布《深圳证券交易所程序化交易管理实施细则》，围绕强监管、防风险、促高质量发展主线，秉承“趋利避害、突出公平、从严监管、规范发展”的程序化交易监管总体思路，对程序化交易报告管理、交易行为管理、信息系统管理、高频交易管理、深股通管理、监督检查等作出细化规定，突出制度公平性，确保《管理规定》落地见效。
