Jia Yao Holdings posts 2025 Annual Report and AGM circular; seeks renewal of share issue and buy-back mandates

Jia Yao Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report and an accompanying circular dated 27 April 2026 are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.jiayaoholdings.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular outlines three agenda items for the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM): 1. Renewal of the general mandate to issue new shares. 2. Renewal of the general mandate to buy back shares. 3. Re-election of retiring directors.

Non-registered shareholders holding shares through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) can request free printed copies of these corporate communications from Union Registrars Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar. Requests may be submitted by post (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or by email (1626-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk).

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their intermediary—such as a bank, broker, custodian or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to receive future notifications when corporate communications are published online.
