威高股份（01066）于2026年5月28日公告称，当日公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股69万股。本次回购股份约占当日现有已发行股份总数的0.0155%，最高回购价为每股3.38港元，最低回购价为每股3.27港元，合计支付约229.29万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量由4,465,696,324股降至4,465,006,324股，库存股份数量则相应增加至57,326,000股，总股本仍为4,522,332,324股。公司购回授权获得股东大会于2025年5月27日通过，授权回购股份最高数额为451,560,392股，截至目前已累计回购50,677,600股，占该授权总数的11.2228%。
公司确认已按照相关上市规则和法规进行本次股份购回，并已履行必要的法定手续。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
