美国房地产经纪公司Redfin最新数据显示，在截至4月5日的四周内，美国成屋签约销售指数同比下滑2.4%，创下三个月来最大跌幅。普罗维登斯、休斯顿和纽约地区成交量萎缩最为显著，而西棕榈滩、旧金山和圣何塞则逆势上涨。
市场流动性明显放缓：全美范围内，达成交易协议的典型房产平均耗时51天，创下2019年以来同期最长交易周期。分析指出，抵押贷款利率持续走高、房价攀升及伊朗冲突升级三重因素，正在削弱购房者的入市意愿。此外，今年复活节假期恰逢统计周期，而去年同期的数据未受节假日影响，这也部分抑制了看房活动。
供应端同样呈现收缩态势。新房源挂牌量同比下降2.6%，创一个月来最大降幅，复活节假期亦是导致供应收紧的因素之一。
