全球投资公司Francisco Partners已达成协议，计划以20亿加元（约合14.3亿美元）的现金对价，从蒙特利尔银行与加拿大皇家银行手中收购加拿大商业解决方案提供商Moneris。根据FP周一发布的声明，两家银行将各自获得一半的现金对价。此外，两位银行巨头还与Moneris签署了长期且排他性的客户推荐协议。
作为交易的一部分，前Global Payments首席执行官Jeff Sloan将出任Moneris的董事长。Moneris首席执行官James Hicks对此表示：“依托Francisco Partners在科技与支付领域深厚的全球专长，我们完全有能力加速推进自身雄心勃勃的战略，并持续拓宽向企业提供的解决方案、支持与体验，从而助力它们实现各自的愿景。”
这笔交易预计将在两家银行2027财年第一季度内完成交割。
