2025年12月3日，世界华文媒体有限公司（股份代号：00685）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于同日透过马来西亚证券交易所回购10万股普通股。本次回购占回购前公司已发行股本约0.00617%，每股价格为马币0.095，涉及总金额约马币9,500。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）由1,621,621,441股降至1,621,521,441股，库藏股数量则增至33,208,200股，总体已发行股份数维持1,654,729,641股。公司先前于2025年8月15日通过购回授权，所获授权可购回最多134,780,764股；截至本次回购，公司已合计回购2,516,000股，占授权当日获准购回总数的约0.15492%。
公司强调已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则，并确认本次购回符合当地法例与规定。公告由联合公司秘书杨形发、汤琇珺签署。
