New Horizon Health Limited (Joint Provisional Liquidators Appointed) (Stock Code: 6606) will have its listing cancelled on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from 9:00 am on 27 October 2025 under Rule 6.01A(1). The company’s shares have been suspended from trading since 28 March 2024, and it did not meet the requirement to resume trading by 27 September 2025.

According to the announcement dated 22 October 2025, resumption guidance set by the Exchange was not fulfilled. Consequently, the Listing Committee decided on 10 October 2025 to cancel the company’s listing under Rule 6.01A(1).
