KWAP trims stake in Top Glove with 3.9 million-share disposal

TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD announced on Oct, 07 2026 that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) disposed of 3.892 million ordinary shares in the open market on Oct, 06 2026.
Following the transaction, KWAP’s direct holding remains at 442.703 million shares, equivalent to 5.521 % of Top Glove’s issued share capital. Its indirect/deemed interest stands at 52.487 million shares, or 0.655 %, bringing KWAP’s total shareholding to 495.191 million shares.
The change was disclosed pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016.
