MIKO INTL (01247) announced that Mr. Ding Peiyuan has submitted his resignation as executive director and member of the remuneration committee of the company, effective from October 1, 2025. Starting from October 1, 2025, Mr. Yu Jianjun has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee.
