Keppel Ltd. announced that the South Jakarta District Court ruled on Feb, 9 2026 that the civil action filed by individual claimant Tumpal Hutabarat against its wholly-owned subsidiary, PT. Kepland Investama, was inadmissible and ordered the claimant to bear the court costs.
The lawsuit, which was first disclosed by the company on Mar, 17 2025, concerned the ownership of certain land plots in Jakarta. With the court’s decision, Keppel Ltd. confirmed that the case has been dismissed.
