ARM Holdings 周二表示，计划就一项针对高通（QCOM.O）的许可纠纷中的法官裁决提起上诉，该裁决维持了高通此前获得的陪审团胜利。
高通去年在特拉华州美国联邦法院赢得了一场关键诉讼，陪审团裁定其子公司Nuvia制造的中央处理器单元根据其与Arm的协议获得了适当许可。
陪审团就三项指控中的两项作出了裁决，但在第三项指控上陷入僵局，导致该案审判无效。
Arm曾请求法官Maryellen Noreika要么推翻高通胜诉的两项指控的裁决，要么进行新的审判。法官拒绝了Arm的两项请求。
"Arm对其在与高通持续纠纷中的立场仍然充满信心，并将立即提起上诉，寻求推翻该判决，" Arm在一份声明中表示。
高通则表示，该裁决肯定了其并未违反与Arm协议的立场。
"我们进行创新的权利在此案中得到了维护，我们希望Arm在处理Arm生态系统事务时能回归公平和具有竞争力的做法，" 高通总法律顾问Ann Chaplin在一份声明中表示。
Arm为高通及其他芯片公司，如苹果（AAPL）和台湾联发科，提供其芯片设计中使用的关键技术。
