公告称，为确定股东出席2026年股东周年大会及享有2025年度末期股息的资格，公司将分两次暂停办理股份过户登记手续。第一次为2026年6月3日至6月8日，用于确定股东大会参会资格；第二次为2026年6月12日至6月16日，用于确定股息发放的登记。在此期间，股东应尽早提交股份过户文件以免影响权益。关于末期股息具体金额及发放安排，仍以公司后续正式公告为准。
