时计宝投资有限公司（02033）9月22日公告，根据对截至2026年6月30日止财政年度（“2026财年”）未经审核综合业绩的初步评估，公司预计应占亏损介乎约80百万元至约83百万元。上一财政年度（截至2025年6月30日止）公司应占亏损约为17.5百万元。
公告显示，亏损扩大主要源于以下三方面： 1. 2026财年收益较2025财年减少约12%，原因是全球贸易摩擦削弱中国零售市场的消费者情绪，对当地经济及就业增长造成不利影响； 2. 就物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产计提减值亏损，同时对若干业绩欠佳的销售点计提亏损合约拨备； 3. 其他收入、收益及亏损减少，主要涉及利息收入下降、通过损益按公平值列账的金融资产公平值变动的亏损以及汇兑净亏损减少。
公司强调，相关数据未经董事会审阅委员会审阅或独立核数师审核，最终业绩可能与当前估计存在差异。时计宝预计将在符合上市规则的前提下披露2026财年经审核业绩，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
