UNISOUND (09678) announced that its second-term board of directors will expire on December 10, 2025. Due to work adjustments, Executive Director Mr. Li Peng, Non-Executive Directors Mr. Kuang Ziping and Mr. Wang Cunfu, and Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Chen Hua will step down and will not stand for re-election to the third-term board. Their resignations will take effect upon the election of non-employee representative directors at the interim shareholders' meeting.

In accordance with the Company Law, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and the company's articles of association, the Nomination Committee has proposed the re-election of Dr. Liang Jia'en, Dr. Huang Wei, Dr. Kang Heng, and Dr. Li Xiaohan as executive directors. Additionally, Mr. Li Zhichao and Mr. Li Ang have been nominated for re-election as non-executive directors, while Mr. Hu Jianjun, Dr. Fan Jian, Dr. Jin Huihua, and Dr. Zhang Kun have been nominated for re-election as independent non-executive directors.
