Frasers Property Treasury issues 40 million Singapore dollars of 3.50% notes due 2037

Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Frasers Property Limited (TQ5), has issued 40 million Singapore dollars of 3.50% fixed-rate notes due 2037 under its 5 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The Series 007 notes consist of 1.75 million Singapore dollars in Additional Notes placed through Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited as sole lead manager and 38.25 million Singapore dollars in New Notes exchanged for existing 4.15 % notes due 2027.

Frasers Property Limited (TQ5) guarantees the obligations of the Series 007 notes. The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has granted approval in-principle for their listing and quotation, with admission to the Official List expected at 9:00 a.m. on Sep, 21 2026.

After cancelling the purchased 4.15 % notes, 442 million Singapore dollars of the existing notes remain outstanding and are scheduled to mature on Feb, 23 2027.
