Quanex第四季度盈利远超预期，对未来盈利增长保持乐观预期

12月12日，建筑产品制造商Quanex Building Products盘后股价飙升逾23%，此前该公司报告的第四季度盈利大幅超过分析师预期，尽管宏观经济环境充满挑战。

该公司截至2025年10月31日的第四季度调整后每股收益为0.83美元，比分析师一致预期的0.48美元高出73%。收入为4.898亿美元，略高于分析师一致预期的4.81亿美元，但比去年同期的4.922亿美元下降0.5%，主要原因是销量下降。

Quanex展示了强劲的现金生成能力，经营活动提供的现金同比增长86%。该公司在2025财年偿还了7500万美元的债务，季度自由现金流为6660万美元，而上年同期为负820万美元。

董事长、总裁兼首席执行官George Wilson表示："我们的2025财年可以概括为成功整合Tyman并重新调整我们的运营和报告结构，以符合我们的长期战略目标，同时应对充满挑战的宏观经济环境。"

第四季度毛利率从去年同期的23.8%提高到28.1%。公司的硬件解决方案部门净销售额增长1.4%，而挤压解决方案部门因销量下降而下降6.4%。定制解决方案部门增长2.1%，主要得益于价格改善。

对于2026财年，Quanex提供了谨慎的展望，表示业绩可能与2025财年持平。Wilson补充道："我们对盈利增长和价值创造的前景继续保持乐观。"

公司的资产负债表保持健康，现金为7600万美元，净债务与最近十二个月调整后EBITDA的比率与上一季度相比保持不变，为2.6倍。
