Jefferies has issued a research report stating that IMPRO PRECISION (01286) achieved first-quarter revenue of HK$1.428 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 22.5%, which exceeds the company's full-year growth guidance of 15%. During the period, revenue from the high-horsepower engine business rose 29% year-on-year to HK$302 million, aligning with earlier projections. The company has raised its full-year 2026 sales forecast to a growth range of 15% to 20%. The brokerage currently assigns a target price of HK$10.34 and a "Buy" rating.
Additionally, the construction equipment and aerospace businesses delivered strong performance, surpassing expectations with revenue growth of 33% and 40% year-on-year, respectively. Other segments under diversified industrial operations, along with smaller businesses such as energy, also demonstrated robust momentum, posting revenue increases of 81.4% and 89.5% year-on-year.
