Chuan Holdings (1420)宣布第六笔1,500,000新加坡元额外股东贷款

Chuan Holdings (1420)的全资子公司Longlands于2026年1月12日与Chuan Investments签订第六份额外股东贷款协议,向后者提供1,500,000新加坡元贷款。该贷款无抵押、免息并须应要求偿还,将用于支付麦斯威尔物业的重新开发项目成本,包括建筑开支、银行贷款利息及一般营运资金。

根据公布资料,此次贷款与2025年额外股东贷款合并计算后,一个或多个适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%,构成上市规则第十四章所述的须予披露交易。另外,由于该笔贷款与集团其他财务资助合计按资产比率计算已超过8%,因此需根据上市规则第13.13及13.16条履行一般披露责任。

公告显示,麦斯威尔物业的重新开发项目已进入边施工边出售的阶段,完成后预计可带来长期稳定的收入来源。公司全资子公司Longlands、唐先生及杨先生各自于Chuan Investments中分别持有三分之一股权,三方也均按相同条款向该项目注入同样金额的额外股东贷款。管理层指出,鉴于当前银行贷款利率维持高企且建筑成本上升,此次注资旨在持续支持重新开发项目的开展。该笔额外股东贷款由集团内部资源拨付。
