潍柴动力股份有限公司（“公司”）于2026年3月16日发布翌日披露报表，宣布完成回购并注销合计1,184,200股已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性A股。本次回购注销股份占该事件前公司已发行股本约0.02%，每股回购价格为人民币4.894元，总支付金额约为人民币6,026,203.70元（包含同期银行存款利息）。
本次回购注销完成后，公司已发行股本由6,770,541,296股变动至6,769,357,096股。公司董事会依据股东于2025年2月10日召开的股东大会所授出的回购及注销授权，并确认遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书胡云云签署。
