ENN Energy: BlackRock Lifts Holding to 6.21% with Net Purchase of 0.42 Million Shares

ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. announced that BlackRock, Inc.—classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers—reported multiple transactions in ENN Energy shares on 28 May 2026, amid the group’s proposed privatisation by scheme of arrangement.

Across eight trades, BlackRock bought 567.46 thousand shares and sold 144.76 thousand shares, resulting in a net acquisition of 422.70 thousand shares. Transaction prices ranged from HK$54.25 to HK$55.24 per share.

Following these dealings, BlackRock’s shareholding rose from 69.89 million shares to 70.31 million shares, increasing its ownership from 6.18% to 6.21% of ENN Energy’s issued share capital.
