回购前，公司于2026年5月20日的已发行股本为4,466,118,324股，库存股数量为56,214,000股；回购完成后，公司已发行股本为4,466,056,324股，库存股数量增至56,276,000股。公告显示，目前公司已获的回购授权通过日期为2025年5月27日，可回购股份总数为451,560,392股，已在本交易所或其他证券交易所回购股份49,627,600股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约10.9902%。按照相关规定，在本次回购后，任何新股发行或库藏股再出售/转让事项需待30天后的2026年6月21日后进行。
