Crazy Sports Group Limited will convene its 2026 annual general meeting on 15 May 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (17/F, Tower C, Dongjin International Center, Chaoyang District, Beijing).

Key agenda items:

1. FY 2025 Financial Statements • Shareholders will receive and consider the audited consolidated financial statements and the accompanying directors’ and auditor’s reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board Matters • Re-election of Executive Director: Mr. Peng Xitao. • Re-election of Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Liu Haoming and Ms. Zhang Xiaofen. • Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor Appointment • Proposal to re-appoint BDO Limited as external auditor and authorise the board to fix its remuneration.

Share Mandates • Share Repurchase Mandate: Authority for the board to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued shares. • General Issuance Mandate: Authority to issue, allot and deal with additional shares up to 20% of the issued share capital. • Extension Mandate: Authority to extend the 20% issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the 10% mandate.
