明基医院集团股份有限公司（02581）7月29日公告称，经对未经过审的综合管理账目初步审阅并基于目前可取得资料，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间，集团归属股东利润将较2025年同期下跌50%至60%。2025年同期归属股东利润约为人民币48.70百万元。同期收入预计保持相对稳定。
公司指出，本期利润下滑主要由两项因素导致： 1. 分占联营公司贵港市东晖医疗投资有限公司及南京银厦健康产业发展有限公司的亏损增加； 2. 南京明基医院二期项目折旧及营运成本上升。
董事会表示，相关期间的中期业绩仍在编制中，上述数据未经独立核数师及审计委员会审核，最终业绩或与当前估算存在差异。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股票时保持审慎。
