CAI CORP: Wensheng Cai Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 67.49%

On August 28, 2026, Wensheng Cai acquired 430.00 million shares of CAI CORP at an average price of HKD 0.33 per share, involving about HKD 141.90 million. The shares were allotted and issued to Longling Capital Ltd pursuant to a share subscription agreement entered into between the company and Longling Capital Ltd dated 29 May 2026.
Prior to the acquisition, Wensheng Cai's long position in CAI CORP was 1.33 billion shares, representing 61.07%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 1.76 billion shares, with the long position ratio rising to 67.49%.
