KEYNE LTD (00009) Announces New Non-Executive Director and Board Committee Changes

Keyne Ltd (00009) has appointed Mr. Peter Zhu (朱彼得) as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 13 November 2025. Mr. Zhu has over 30 years of real estate industry experience, previously serving as section chief of Jiangsu Branch of Bank of China and later chairing multiple real estate development companies in Nanjing.

Mr. Zhu’s initial term will run from 1 November 2025 until 31 October 2028. He will receive a monthly emolument of HKD 8,000, subject to the Company’s remuneration policies and other determinations by the Board. The Board has also confirmed his role as a Non-Executive Director and announced that he has no current or past financial interests in the Company’s business beyond those disclosed.

The Board composition has been updated accordingly, with Mr. Zhu joining as a Non-Executive Director effective 1 November 2025. Trading in the Company’s shares has remained suspended since 2 April 2024 and will continue to be suspended until further notice. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
