During the recent Spring Festival holiday, the user base for the Ant A-Fu app exceeded 100 million. Official data reveals that 52% of the new users came from third-tier cities and below. The most popular features included health Q&A, skin analysis via photo, A-Fu phone consultations, health records, and personal health goals. Additionally, usage by travelers abroad increased by 106%.

In December of last year, Ant Group's AI health application, previously branded as AQ, was rebranded as Ant A-Fu and received a significant update. The upgrade enhanced three core functions: health companionship, health Q&A, and health services. The application has collaborated with health commissions from eight provinces and cities, as well as medical insurance bureaus from 18 regions under the "Yi Bao Er" initiative, launching smart healthcare systems in 200 hospitals. It is also engaged in joint AI research with 16 institutions.
