2026年8月11日，永义国际集团有限公司（股票代码：01218）发布补充公告，就2026年7月28日披露的购买百福集团上市证券事项，提供董事会评估基准的详细信息。
公告显示，百福集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的系统销售总额约为人民币37.40亿元，同比上升7%；同期录得收入约人民币3.99亿元，并维持1,149间门店网络。
百福集团年内亏损由上一年度约人民币2.58亿元收窄至约人民币9.2百万元；净负债由2024年12月31日的约人民币2.20亿元降至2025年12月31日的约人民币1.53亿元。董事会指出，上述净负债主要为国际财务报告准则第16号下的租赁负债。
在业务策略方面，百福集团实施“投资加运营赋能”双轮驱动模式，并于2025年11月10日成立合伙企业“神店宝”，以轻资产方式拓展餐饮投资机会。
公告亦提及，百福集团的核心机构投资者为弘毅投资，后者管理资产规模超过人民币1,200亿元。百福集团长期定位为弘毅投资的上市餐饮投资平台。
永义国际董事会表示，购买百福集团上市证券是在公开市场按现行市价完成，所有其他已披露信息保持不变。
