英派药业-B（07630）宣布首款靶向CEACAM5双载荷ADC IMP3201获选临床前候选化合物

2026年7月27日，英派药业-B（07630）发布自愿公告称，公司已正式将IMP3201提名为临床前候选化合物（PCC）。IMP3201是一款同类首创、靶向CEACAM5的双载荷抗体-药物偶联物（ADC），基于公司自主研发的支链连接子双载荷ADC技术平台开发，是该平台产出的首个PCC。

IMP3201采用固定且优化的摩尔比，同时搭载Exatecan（拓扑异构酶Ⅰ抑制剂，TOPOi）与公司自有ATR抑制剂（ATRi）。该双载荷设计可同步诱导DNA损伤并阻断DNA损伤修复通路，在体外及体内均显示出显著增强的抗肿瘤活性，并展现良好的治疗窗口，旨在克服传统TOPOi类ADC存在的耐药问题。

公司计划将IMP3201用于治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤，包括结直肠癌、胰腺癌、胃癌及食管鳞状细胞癌，以应对相关领域的临床未满足需求。公告指出，CEACAM5（亦称CEA或CD66e）在多种上皮来源恶性肿瘤中显著过表达，而在正常成人组织中的表达受限。

英派药业-B表示，此次IMP3201的提名验证了其双载荷ADC平台的技术成熟度和产出能力。公司已建立涵盖单载荷及双载荷技术的ADC产品组合，并将继续加速下一代ADC的开发。
