Geely Automobile (00175) Announces New Share Issuances Under Share Option Scheme

On 2 December 2025, Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (stock code: 00175) issued an aggregate of 100,000 new ordinary shares, with 85,000 shares issued to the Group’s employees and 15,000 shares issued to a related entity participant, both at HKD 9.56 per share.
Following the issuance of these new shares arising from share option exercises under the scheme adopted on 28 April 2023, the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased from 10,119,325,286 to 10,119,425,286 shares. According to the disclosure, these transactions have been duly authorized and comply with the relevant listing rules and legal requirements.
