Anchorstone appoints Prof. Yin Mengbo as Independent Non-Executive Director while Mr. Ko Tsz Kin resigns

Anchorstone Holdings Limited announced that, effective 19 May 2026, Prof. Yin Mengbo has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED), Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Concurrently, Mr. Ko Tsz Kin has resigned from the same positions to pursue other business and personal commitments.

Prof. Yin, aged 71, holds master’s and doctoral degrees from South Western University of Finance and Economics, where he served as Dean from 1997 to 2007 and later as Dean of the Graduate School of the School of Finance until 2024. Between 2008 and 2025 he also acted as an independent director of NASDAQ-listed AIFU Inc., bringing substantial experience in financial and treasury management to Anchorstone.

Under a three-year appointment letter commencing 19 May 2026, Prof. Yin will receive an annual remuneration of HK$0.12 million, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election according to Hong Kong listing rules and the company’s articles of association.

Mr. Ko confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention related to his departure. The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Ko’s contributions and extended a warm welcome to Prof. Yin.
