记者获悉，嘉艺控股有限公司（股票代码：01025）7月17日发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订第二份补充函件，将原定于2026年7月17日中午前达成先决条件的“最后截止日期”顺延至2026年7月28日；如双方另有协定，可再行调整。除该日期变动外，配售协议其余条款及条件维持不变，继续有效。
根据公告，配售价维持在每股0.20港元： 1. 较2026年7月17日联交所收市价0.201港元折让约0.50%； 2. 较紧接该日之前连续五个交易日平均收市价0.214港元折让约6.54%。
公司强调，配售需在最新最后截止日期中午12时或之前满足配售协议的全部先决条件方可生效；配售未必一定进行，股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
截至公告日，公司董事会由四名执行董事庄硕先生、庄斌先生、徐永得先生及吴宗梅女士，以及四名独立非执行董事刘冠业先生、袁景森先生、陈继忠先生和陈钧勇先生组成。
