2026年7月8日，舒宝国际（02569）发布补充公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度报告提供额外信息。
独立非执行董事确认，2025财年集团与控股股东之间不存在利益冲突。
董事会表示，2025财年集团未开展任何可能导致违反国际制裁法规的新业务或既有业务，并已成立制裁监督委员会，全年召开两次会议，监督相关内部控制措施执行。
集团设置专项银行账户管理所得款项，财务经理负责维护账户，制裁监督委员会监管资金用途。集团亦通过外部数据提供商实时更新受制裁名单，对现有及潜在客户进行筛查。
董事会确认，截至公告日，公司无意在受国际制裁管辖的国家或与受制裁主体开展业务。
公告称，上述信息仅为对2025年度报告的补充，不影响原报告其他内容。
