摩根士丹利:Spotify新票务系统或引发用户“游戏化”竞争

摩根士丹利在一份报告中指出,Spotify新推出的票务预售系统有望显著提升用户在该音乐流媒体平台上的参与度。Spotify表示,将为部分艺人的顶级粉丝预留两张演唱会门票,供他们在门票公开销售前购买。分析师认为,这一票务系统极有可能引发Spotify用户某种程度的“游戏化”行为——粉丝们会竭尽全力提高互动参与度,以“证明”自己属于最忠实的支持者之列。

为了争夺顶级粉丝的席位,音乐听众可能会避免使用多个平台,转而将音乐流媒体消费集中在Spotify上,从而牺牲其竞争对手如Sirius XM Holdings Inc.的利益。
