2025/26财年上半年(截至2025年9月30日止六个月),维珍妮国际(控股)有限公司(下称“公司”)营收达到38.40亿港元,同比下降3.4%。经调整净利润(Non-GAAP)为2.45亿港元,同比上升25.7%。毛利率为23.3%,较去年同期微降0.3个百分点。公司经营性现金流同比由4.84亿港元提升至6.36亿港元。

期内销售及管理效率持续提升:分销及销售费用率为2.3%,一般及行政开支占比由去年同期的8.2%降至7.9%,研发费用占比从3.9%下降至3.7%。

业务分项

贴身内衣业务营收20.99亿港元,同比下降6.6%,主要受关税波动及品牌策略调整影响。运动产品业务方面,受全球运动需求增长带动,营收15.05亿港元,同比提升13.4%。消费电子配件业务营收1.12亿港元,较去年同期下滑54.0%,主要因部分品牌处于产品迭代周期,新型号尚未进入量产。胸杯及其他配件产品业务营收1.24亿港元,同比下降21.9%,主要与贴身内衣整体订单减少有关。
