Grand Ocean Advanced Resources Company Limited (stock code: 00065) disclosed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 31 October 2025. The authorized share capital remained at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares of HKD 0.1 each, totaling HKD 1,000,000,000.
During October, 40,920,000 new shares were issued through placing or subscription at HKD 0.335 per share, raising the number of total issued shares from 204,616,916 to 245,536,916. The issue of these shares was approved by a general meeting on 22 August 2025, and the subscription took place on 17 October 2025.
