本次回购所依据的购回授权于2026年5月27日获得通过，批准公司可回购的股份总数为21,972,500股。公告同时提到，公司迄今已根据购回授权累计回购2,866,000股，占购回授权获通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的约13.0436%。
