香港时间2026年5月6日，宏华集团（股票代码：00196）发布截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表，显示公司期内未有新增发行、购回或注销股份，股权结构保持稳定。
宏华集团注册成立于开曼群岛，注册股本为100亿股，每股面值0.1港元，总注册股本为10亿港元。截至2026年4月30日，已发行普通股规模维持在9,040,489,151股，未持有库藏股，亦无因行使期权导致的股份增发。
同时，公司于报告期内未增发新股，也未进行任何股份回购或注销活动。公司现有的股份期权数量为28,401,000份，行使价为每股0.44港元，报告期内并无新增授出或行使记录。截至报告期末，公司继续符合香港联交所关于最低公众持股量的要求，Maintain稳定的持股结构。
