Hopefluent AGM Approves All Resolutions with 100% to 99.99% Support

Hopefluent Group Holdings Limited held its annual general meeting on 5 June 2026, with shareholders representing 455.57 million votes—or 67.59 % of the 674.15 million issued shares—participating. Every proposed resolution secured overwhelming backing, ranging from 99.99 % to 100 % of votes cast.

Key outcomes:

• FY 2025 Results Adopted Shareholders unanimously (100 %) received and approved the audited financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

• Board Composition Confirmed Executive Director Lo Yat Fung, Non-executive Director Fu Ear Ly and Independent Non-executive Director Cao Qimeng were each re-elected with 100 % support. The board is authorised to determine directors’ remuneration until the next AGM.

• Auditor Re-appointment BDO Limited was re-appointed as external auditor with 100 % approval, and the board is authorised to fix its remuneration.

• Capital Management Mandates 1. General issuance mandate: Directors may allot and issue new shares up to 20 % of the existing share capital (99.99 % approval). 2. Share repurchase mandate: The board may repurchase shares up to 10 % of share capital (100 % approval). 3. Extension mandate: The share issuance limit may be increased by the amount of shares repurchased (99.99 % approval).

All directors attended the meeting either in person or via electronic means. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll voting process.
