Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) PCL (STGT) announced that it repurchased 2,289,900 shares on Jan, 06 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying between THB 9.45 and THB 9.65 per share for a total consideration of about 0.82 million Singapore dollars.
As a result, the cumulative number of shares bought back under the programme has reached 77.6 million, representing 2.71 % of the company’s paid-up share capital, at an aggregate cost of roughly 22.78 million Singapore dollars.
The buyback plan, approved by the board on Sep, 18 2025, allows for the repurchase of up to 220 million shares, or 7.68 % of paid-up capital, and is scheduled to run until Mar, 20 2026.
