EuroEyes International Eye Clinic Limited has informed registered shareholders that its 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible on the company’s website (ir.euroeyes.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform. Printed copies have been dispatched to investors who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials.
The ophthalmic services provider is urging shareholders to rely on the online version of the interim report and all future corporate communications. Those unable to receive email notifications or access the digital documents may request physical copies at no cost. To do so, investors must return a signed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by prepaid post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or via the dedicated email address 1846-ecom@vistra.com. Requested documents will be mailed promptly.
EuroEyes emphasizes that shareholders bear responsibility for supplying a functional email address. Without a valid address on record, investors will receive printed notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications until electronic details are provided.
Shareholders with questions can contact Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
The notification, dated 22 September 2026, is issued by Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Jørn Slot Jørgensen on behalf of the board of EuroEyes International Eye Clinic Limited.
