SKYFAME REALTY (00059) announced that Mr. Fang Weihao has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the board to devote more time to other personal affairs. Mr. Fang will also cease to serve as chairman of the audit committee and as a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and risk management committee respectively.

Ms. Zhang Yingjia has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the board to devote more time to other personal affairs. Ms. Zhang will also cease to serve as chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and risk management committee respectively.

Mr. Huang Ping has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the board to devote more time to other personal affairs. Mr. Huang will also cease to serve as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, nomination committee, and risk management committee respectively.

All the above resignations take effect from August 26, 2025.
