LX Technology repurchases 120,000 shares for HK$2.62 million under newly-granted mandate

LX Technology Group Limited disclosed that it bought back 120,000 ordinary shares on 8 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, paying a total of HK$2.62 million. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HK$21.56 to HK$22.70, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$21.81 per share. All repurchased shares will be kept as treasury shares.

Following the transaction, LX Technology’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0342 % to 350.46 million shares, down from 350.58 million. The number of treasury shares rose to 2.80 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 353.26 million shares.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 5 June 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 35.06 million shares. To date, 120,000 shares—equivalent to 0.0342 % of the issued shares at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority. Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, LX Technology is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 July 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and stated there have been no material changes to the explanatory statement filed with the Exchange on 30 April 2026.
