此次更新明确了股息派发流程的关键日期。股东批准日期定于2026年6月26日，除净日为2026年7月2日。为符合获取股息分派资格，股东须于2026年7月3日16:30前递交股份过户文件。公司股份将于2026年7月6日至7月9日暂停办理过户登记，权益登记日则为2026年7月9日。最终的股息派发日为2026年8月28日，香港股份过户登记处为香港中央证券登记有限公司。
在代扣所得税方面，公告明确了对不同股东类型的扣税安排。对于非中国内地登记地址的非居民企业股东（包括以香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司等名义登记），应收股息将按10%税率预扣企业所得税。非居民个人股东的股息同样按10%预扣，但相关个人股东若认为扣缴税率与税收协定不符，可在获派股息后向税局申请后续处理。通过沪港通或深港通投资的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，将按20%税率代扣个人所得税，而内地企业投资者取得的股息红利所得，则由企业自行申报缴纳，公司不代扣企业所得税。
