Net-A-Go Technology Company Limited (stock code: 1483) announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Lam Ka Tak, who has served for nearly nine years, will resign from the position effective 31 October 2025. Upon stepping down, he will also cease to serve as chairman of the audit committee and member of the remuneration committee.
