春能控股有限公司（08430）于2026年8月21日发布补充公告，针对公司已刊发的截至2025年12月31日止年度年报中的“购股权计划”部分，进一步明确购股权行权期限的安排。
根据公告，购股权持有人可在董事会于授出购股权时所厘定及指明的期间内行使相关购股权，但任何情况下，该等购股权的行权期不得超过自授出日期起计10年。
公司表示，除上述补充说明外，年报所载其他资料维持不变。
截至本公告日期，董事会成员包括：执行董事冯美娟女士；独立非执行董事张伟健先生、李虹静女士及黄淑仪女士。
该公告已按香港联合交易所有限公司GEM上市规则的要求刊发，并将在GEM网站及公司官网自刊发日起不少于七天供公众查阅。
