Tai United: No Share Capital Movements in April; Public-Float Requirement Met

On 4 May 2026, Tai United Holdings Ltd (Tai United) submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026 to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, confirming a static capital structure and full compliance with listing rules.

Tai United’s authorised share capital closed the month unchanged at HKD 2.00 billion, comprising 34.57 billion ordinary shares and 5.43 billion convertible preference shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.05.

The issued share base also remained steady: 5.25 billion ordinary shares were in issue, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during April, leaving total issued share capital and public ownership levels intact.

Under the 2015 Share Option Scheme, Tai United recorded no outstanding, granted, or exercised options for the month. The available pool for future grants stood at 525.00 million shares, equivalent to 10.00% of current issued shares.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, with no warrants, convertible securities, treasury-share transfers, or other equity-linked instruments reported for the period.
