BeijingWest Industries International Limited (Stock Code: 02339) released its monthly return for the period ended 30 November 2025. According to the announcement, the company’s authorized share capital remained at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 per share, totaling HKD 200,000,000.
The number of issued shares stood at 861,508,602, showing no change from the previous month. There were also no treasury shares recorded.
