公司指出，截至2026年6月30日，普通股股份总数维持980,648,356股。另外，公司确认已符合香港联合交易所有限公司相关的最低公众持股量要求。根据公告，公司为新加坡注册成立的有限公司，不存在法定股本及面值概念，因此在本报告期内无法定股本及面值变动。
在期权及股权激励方面，公司披露了“AAG股份期权计划”，于2024年6月5日经股东大会通过。截至5月底，该计划归属的可行权股份期权数量为0，本月未发生变动，截至6月底合计可发行股份数为70,046,311股，但报告期内实际并无新股发行。另一方面，“AAG首次公开发售后受限制股份单位计划”于2022年12月5日获批准，其可授出的股份上限为上市时已发行股份总数的10%，即69,985,711股。该计划在本月亦未发生新股发行或库存股份转让。
